General Instructions: Only electronic Word Manuscripts (.doc or .docx) can be submitted by the corresponding author(s) through the online submission or by mailing . There is no page limit. The submitting author takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review. If for some technical reason submission through the online submission is not possible,

Papers must be submitted on the understanding that they have not been published elsewhere and are not currently under consideration by any other publisher. The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all the other coauthors. Only an acknowledgment from the editorial office officially establishes the date of receipt. Further correspondence and proofs will be sent to the author(s) before publication unless otherwise indicated. All enquiries concerning the publication of accepted papers should be addressed to 

Paper Selection and Publication Process:

a) Upon receipt of a submission, the editor sends an e-mail of confirmation to the submission’s author within one to three working days. If you fail to receive this confirmation, your submission e-mail may have been missed.

b) Peer review: We use a double-blind system for peer review; both reviewers’ and author’s identities remain anonymous. The paper will be reviewed by at least two experts: one editorial staff member and at least one external reviewer. The review process may take two to four weeks.

c) Notification of the result of review is by e-mail.

d) If the submission is accepted, the authors revise accordingly and have to pay the Article Processing Charges.

e) A PDF and HTML versions of the journal is available for download on the journal’s webpage free of charge.

General Requirements:

a)Language: Please write your text in proper English; American or British usage is accepted, but not a mixture of both. We only accept manuscripts written in English.
b)Length of Paper: Papers between 3 000 and 8 000 words are preferred.
c)Title Page: To ensure the integrity of the peer review process, every effort should be made to prevent the identities of the authors and reviewers from being known to each other. When you upload a submission file, author identities should be removed from it. You should upload the title page as a supplementary file for the editor to review.
d)Title: The title is often used in information-retrieval systems and should be no more than 12 words in length and not contain abbreviations or words that serve no purpose.
e)Authors’ Names and Affiliations:
Authors name should be as:

  • Full names should be mentioned as First Name Middle Name Last Name
  • Names should not include titles as Dr., Mr. etc
  • Mention the ORCID ID for each author (compulsory for corresponding author)
  • Affiliation should be mentioned as superscript numbers
  • Multiple affiliation should be mentioned as superscript multiple numbers corresponding to institutions
  • Corresponding author should be marked as asterisk in superscript *
  • Email and corresponding authors address should be mentioned following the names

g) Abstract: The manuscript should contain an abstract. The abstract should be self-contained and citation-free and should be between 150 and 250 words. Also Provide four to ten appropriate keywords after abstract. Each keyword should be separated by “ ; ” (semicolon) and Keywords should be arranged alphabetically with first letter of each word in capital.
h) Introduction: This section should be succinct, with no subheadings.
i) Materials and Methods: This part should contain sufficient detail so that all procedures can be repeated. It can be divided into subsections if several methods are described.
j) Results and Discussion: This section may each be divided by subheadings or may be combined.
k) Conclusion: This should clearly explain the main conclusions of the work highlighting its importance and relevance.
l) Acknowledgements: All acknowledgments (if any) should be included at the very end of the paper before the references and may include supporting grants, presentations, and so forth.
m) References: References should be numbered sequentially as 1. 2. 3. 4. and so on (Bold) in the order in which they are first mentioned in the text (not in alphabetic order). References should be cited in the text as superscripts only, references should appear as consecutive numbers in superscript as 1 or 1, 2  &  3 Superscript(s) numbers appear outside the punctuation if the citation applies to a whole sentence or clause. The list of references should be formatted as follows:

For Articles in Journals: Indicate the last name, initial(s) of the author(s) separated by semicolon. Title. Journal name/abbreviation in italic. year of the reference as bold, volume number (Issue number), page numbers.

n) Figure Preparation: Upon submission of an article, authors are supposed to include all figures and tables in the PDF or doc file of the manuscript. Figures and tables should not be submitted in separate files. If the article is accepted, authors will be asked to provide the source files of the figures. Each figure should be supplied in a separate electronic file. All figures should be cited in the paper in a consecutive order. Figures should be supplied in either vector art formats (Illustrator, EPS, WMF, FreeHand, CorelDraw, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) or bitmap formats (Photoshop, TIFF, GIF, JPEG, etc.). Bitmap images should be of 300 dpi resolution at least unless the resolution is intentionally set to a lower level for scientific reasons. If a bitmap image has labels, the image and labels should be embedded in separate layers.
o) Equations: The text size of equations should be similar to normal text size. The formula should be placed center justified with serial number on the right. For example:

a=[(1+b)/x]1/2(1)

p) Tables: Number tables consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text. Place a table’s caption above the table’s body and its description below the body. Avoid vertical rules. Be sparing in the use of tables and ensure that the data presented in tables do not duplicate results described elsewhere in the article.

q) Figures and Schemes: Number figures consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text. Place a figure’s caption and description below the figure body. A minimum resolution of 300 DPI is required. You may resize the figures or schemes to fit the page size.

Note. Avoid abbreviating the titles of tables, figures, and equations (i.e., Tab. 1, Fig. 2, Eq. 3) in the caption or in running text. Do not write “the table above/below” or “the figure on page 32,” because the position and page number of a table or figure cannot be determined until the pages are typeset.

Asian Journal of Advanced Basic Sciences is participating in the Fast Editorial Execution and Review Process (FEE-Review Process) with an additional prepayment of $99 apart from the regular article processing fee. Fast Editorial Execution and Review Process is a special service for the article that enables it to get a faster response in the pre-review stage from the handling editor as well as a review from the reviewer. An author can get a faster response of pre-review maximum in 3 days since submission, and a review process by the reviewer maximum in 5 days, followed by revision/publication in 2 days. If the article gets notified for revision by the handling editor, then it will take another 5 days for external review by the previous reviewer or alternative reviewer.

Acceptance of manuscripts is driven entirely by handling editorial team considerations and independent peer-review, ensuring the highest standards are maintained no matter the route to regular peer-reviewed publication or a fast editorial review process. The handling editor and the article contributor are responsible for adhering to scientific standards. The article FEE-Review process of $99 will not be refunded even if the article is rejected or withdrawn for publication.

The corresponding author or institution/organization is responsible for making the manuscript FEE-Review Process payment. The additional FEE-Review Process payment covers the fast review processing and quick editorial decisions, and regular article publication covers the preparation in various formats for online publication, securing full-text inclusion in a number of permanent archives like HTML, XML, and PDF, and feeding to different indexing agencies.
